Taxes – Information – Dog Licenses

Times  for tax payments/dog licenses that may be paid at the Town Hall

Friday – December 29th, 2023 – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Saturday – January 27th, 2024 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Wednesday – January 31st ,2024 – 5:00 – 7:00 pm

If you wish to send payment by mail you may do so by sending it to the address listed above. If you would like a receipt mailed back, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Dog license – 2024 Procedures

  • All dogs need to be licensed
  • Please make two separate checks – one for taxes / one for dog license
  • If your pet is not licensed, you could be fined from the Human Society.
  • Licenses will be sent to you in the mail with your self – addressed envelope along with your receipt of payment. If you do not enclose a self – addressed envelope, your license will be available for pick up at the town hall during the times listed above or at any monthly town meeting.

New Garbage Service – Harter’s
By now you have received your Harter canisters. Effective the first week of January start using your Harter Canisters. Normal pick up is Wednesdays. The first week which is a holiday week will be Thursday January 4, 2024.

Old Canisters (Waste management) – Use this canister for December 29th, Friday (holiday pickup). Leave the EMPTY cans at the end of the road and they will come by and pick up.
